(Book reviews may and may not be sponsored. I only review books I read, enjoyed and relevant to my posts.)

Some of you asked about book recommendations and it is finally happening. I picked this book as the first one since it is related to my recent posts, gratitude practice for people and everything else we have, to celebrate the real meaning of Thanksgiving holiday together. But gratitude practice should be done daily or at least regularly. The practice helps you to expand appreciation with heightened awareness.

After my posts, a few readers mentioned it is not as easy as they thought. Like anything else, it may need some practice. As days go by, you would find it easier and even looking forward to your gratitude time. I would like to share a book I owned and enjoyed for extra inspiration and fun. This book describes very well how far the gratitude practice can go and how much everything is connected. It will expand your mind on gratitude with different perspectives and it is easy to read. You will love it even more if you drink coffee or used to drink. Hard cover at a good price and very cute design inside as well. It is small enough (5 x 0.6 x 7 inches) to fit in my bag to carry around. I always have a book going and it helps me. You can make gratitude practice as a new year resolution. It can be a great gift for yourself and loved ones this holiday season. Stay warm! I feel grateful that you are reading the post and looking into building your gratitude practice. I got this book without knowing the content and just felt it was calling my name. I am grateful that I came cross with it. There are so many things to be grateful for.

    1. Exactly. you can see how far you can go with one thing, coffee. Cheers! I am grateful for my coffee every morning and someone grow them all for me to have it in my kitchen. 🙂

    1. It can inspire you to take your appreciation and gratitude to next level. if you are a coffee lover, you will like it. Very light read so you can read before bedtime, quick reading in the morning or lunch time break. no need to reserve a block of time to read. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
